Shipping Policy
Processing Time
We handcraft our products in small batches to ensure the highest quality and freshness. Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipping within 1-3 business days. During sales or holiday seasons, processing may take slightly longer.
Delivery Options (Jamaica)
- Zipmail (Post to Post): J$500 (usually 1-3 business days).
- Knutsford Express: J$700 islandwide delivery.
- Bearer Delivery: J$750 in Kingston or J$950 in Portmore.
- Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all local orders over J$10,000.
- International Delivery: DHL delivery is currently US$37. International product totals of J$20,000 or more qualify for free shipping.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available based on destination. Final shipping cost and timeline will be confirmed before processing. Customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes incurred upon delivery.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available at the Constant Spring Tax Office or Constant Spring Post Office. If you select Pickup at checkout, we will contact you via WhatsApp to coordinate a convenient time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been handed over to the courier, we will provide you with a tracking number or waybill number via WhatsApp or email.
Returns & Exchanges
At For You Skin Bar, we take pride in the quality of our handmade products. Because our skincare items are personal care products, we follow strict hygiene guidelines.
General Returns
Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges simply because you changed your mind or do not care for a scent.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, we will gladly make it right! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order details and a photo of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or store credit.
Allergic Reactions
We list all ingredients for our products on our website. We strongly encourage you to read the ingredient lists carefully and perform a patch test before full use. We are not responsible for allergic reactions and cannot process returns based on allergies.
