Return & Refund Policy
Due to the handmade and personal care nature of our skincare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48hrs of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.
For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final unless the product is damaged, defective, or sent in error.

Welcome to Foryou Skin Bar ("we," "our," "us"). We are a Jamaican sole trader business that manufactures and sells handmade skincare products and related accessories to customers in Jamaica and internationally.
1. Products Covered
This policy applies to all products sold by Foryou Skin Bar, including but not limited to:
- Skincare Products: Cold Process Soaps, Facial and Body Serums, Toners, Face and Body Scrubs, Creams, Face Oils, Body Oils, Body Butters, Body Mists
- Accessories and Tools: Soap Dishes, Soap Saver Bags, Head Bands, Applicators, Exfoliating Gloves, Other skincare accessories offered for sale
2. Nature of Handmade Products
Our products are handmade in small batches. Variations in color, texture, scent, weight, shape, and appearance may occur and are not considered defects.
Product photographs are provided for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the product received.
3. No Returns on Opened or Used Skincare Products
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for opened skincare products, used skincare products, products with broken safety seals, products altered after delivery, or products damaged due to improper storage or misuse.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item, a defective item, or an item different from what you ordered, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please email us at foryouskinbar@gmail.com with your order number, description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the product and packaging.
5. Allergies and Skin Reactions
Customers are responsible for reviewing all ingredient information before purchasing and using our products.
Refunds will not be provided for reactions resulting from allergies, sensitivities, or failure to follow product instructions.
6. Returns for Accessories
Unused accessories and tools may be eligible for return if the item is unused, in its original condition, returned in original packaging, and the request is made within 7 days of delivery.
For hygiene reasons, used head bands, applicators, exfoliating gloves, or similar personal care accessories are not eligible for return.
7. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will not be granted for: Change of mind, personal preference regarding scent or texture, allergic reactions or skin sensitivities, failure to read product descriptions or ingredient lists, delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before production, processing, or shipment has begun. Because many products are handmade to order, cancellation requests received after processing begins may be refused.

All prices are displayed in JMD and are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to: Refuse any order; Limit quantities purchased; Cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, a refund will be issued.

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed or shipped. Accepted payment methods will be displayed during checkout.
7. Shipping
Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by courier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

International Shipping

Customs and Import Charges
International customers are responsible for: Customs duties, Import taxes, Brokerage fees, Other charges imposed by local authorities.
