Ordering & Payment

Orders can be modified or canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Please WhatsApp us immediately if you need to make changes.

Delivery & Shipping

Local delivery via Knutsford Express or ZipMail usually takes 1-3 business days after your order is processed. Processing time is typically 1-2 days as our products are handmade in small batches.

Yes, we offer local pickup in designated areas. Select "Pickup" at checkout, and we will coordinate the exact location and time with you via WhatsApp.

Jamaica delivery starts at J$500, with free local shipping from J$10,000. International DHL delivery is currently US$37 and becomes free from J$20,000 in products. Checkout displays the current configured rate before payment.

Yes! All our products are handmade using natural, plant-based ingredients, high-quality botanical oils, and safe actives. We do not use harsh chemicals or parabens.

Many of our products are suitable for sensitive skin, but since we use active natural ingredients (like turmeric and essential oils), we always recommend doing a patch test on a small area of your skin before full use.

Returns & Custom Orders

Yes! We do custom mini soaps, body butters, and scrubs for weddings, bridal showers, and corporate events. Please visit our Contact page to request a quote. A minimum order quantity of 30 applies.
